D-DAY

DEPARTURE & FINISH

The 2026 course is currently being developed. ⚒️

Your race bib will be checked at the entrance of the start corrals to ensure you access the one that matches your time goal. Entry will be through the back of each corral, and volunteers will be there to guide you.

Maps and schedules will be available soon!

A free bag drop service is available for you on Sunday morning on Boulevard de la Bastille. You can leave your (closed) bag there and pick it up after the race.

👉 A baggage tag is included in your bib envelope — remember to attach it to your bag before handing it over to our organisation team! We recommend that you do not leave any valuables in your bag. You will be able to collect it after the race by showing your bib.

⚠️ A mandatory bag size limit applies (45 cm high – 36 cm wide – 20 cm deep). The organisation reserves the right to refuse any bags exceeding these dimensions.

Your bib must be visible and worn on the front of your chest for the entire duration of the race. It must not be covered or altered in any way. Anyone not wearing a bib will be removed from the event. To ensure that the timing system works properly, make sure not to place your bib under your hydration vest.

Your official time will start automatically as you cross the start line. Intermediate timing points will also be set up every 5 km to track your progress and verify your passage 🏃🏃‍♀️
Any participant not running on the roadway will not be ranked at the finish. ⚠️

⏱️ A 3-hour time limit is also enforced by the organisers to meet commitments made with local authorities and to ensure participant safety.
Runners who are overtaken by the sweep vehicle will be considered “out of the race” and will not receive a ranking. If this happens to you, you will continue outside the race setup, on open roads, and must strictly comply with the highway code.

In each start corral, official pacers will be there to help you reach your goals. 🎯
They will be easy to spot, as they’ll be carrying large feather flags in your corral’s colours, and they can guide you toward the following target finish times ⏱️:

  • 1h30
  • 1h35
  • 1h40
  • 1h45
  • 1h50
  • 2h00
  • 2h05 / 2h10

We want to make sure you have the energy you need to reach the finish line, so aid stations will be set up every 5 km to help you push your limits! You’ll find a variety of sweet and savoury items there (crackers, bananas, dried apricots, marble cake, gingerbread, etc.). Toilets will also be available at every aid station along the course, as well as near the start and finish areas.

⚠️ However, please note: as part of our environmental commitments with the City of Paris, our hydration system is evolving, and we encourage you to plan accordingly.
To stay well hydrated while contributing to a more eco-friendly event, we invite you to bring your own personal container for the race. Reusable cup, soft flask, hydration pack — it’s up to you to choose what suits you best! And if you opt for one of the last two solutions, you’ll benefit from:

  • Better comfort and performance
  • Hydration at your own pace throughout the race
  • Reduced risk of cramps and improved recovery

No bottles or cups will be distributed on the course.
Volunteers will be available to help you fill your container, or you can refill it yourself at the stations.

Together, let’s make this race a model of sporting commitment and sustainability! ❤️♻️
